Why is it important to be able to move energy through your body?

We get energy trapped in our body. It holds us back and becomes heavy.

There are three ways to move energy:

  1. Breath
  2. Sound
  3. Movement

Why do women get so disconnected from their bodies, and what does it mean to be disconnected from their body?

We’re born knowing we’re perfect beings. We’re not embarrassed about our bodies. We cry when we need something. As we get older, we feel unsupported for a variety of reasons. Maybe our mother or father doesn’t give us what we need. There are other things that affect us like someone bullying us or moving often. It starts to chip away at us. We move through life with the though of, “I’m not enough”. 

How do we know if our subconscious is holding us back in our relationship or preventing us from having one?

It can show up as hyper achievement or no achievement. Or it can show up as cutting yourself off from a relationship because it’s too scary. Or women who might seek to have sex all the time to get the feeling of being lovable.

What can people do if their childhood patterns are holding them back from a healthy relationship?

We unconsciously get into relations with people similar to our parents. Hypnosis can help. You go back to an early event – what happened and how you felt. It can be dissolved.

What should you be providing for yourself instead of looking for it in a partner?

It’s important to be clear about what you’re providing for yourself and what your partner is providing for you. Too many people expect their partner to meet all their needs. We must cultivate a good energy state by filling our cup first. That brings a good state to our relationship. It’s not anyone’s job to fix us or us to fix them.

What are your final words of advice for anyone who wants to go on their last first date?

Remember that today is the youngest you’ll ever be. There’s plenty of time left. Use all that you’ve learned to create the relationship you want. The best way is to be the person who’s attractive to the person you want. What does your energy have to be like?
