Are you too busy to date? In this video, you’ll discover 5 ways to find love even if you have a very full life!

Some people say they don’t have time for dating in their life right now, but they want to find love. How do you find a partner if you don’t date? The answer is obvious. No matter how busy you are, if you make love a priority, you can find the right match for you.
In this video, I share 5 tips for for those who say they are too busy for love, because you’d be surprised at how many clever ways you can fit dating and romance into your very full life!
5 Ways to Find Love if You’re Too Busy To Date
1. Determine if you’re REALLY too busy to date
The first step is to figure out if you really are too busy to date. Most people can make time to date if it’s a priority. You probably make time to exercise and eat healthy food. You’re probably socializing with your friends on the weekend, so why don’t you have time to date?
If love is a priority, all you need to do is set aside twenty minutes a day to date online. Message two people a day, and soon you’ll be going on dates.
Keep your first dates short – up to 1 1/2 hours maximum, and you won’t get burned out.
2. Check your attitude
You might be avoiding dating because you don’t believe there’s anyone good out there. Why put in the effort to date if all the good ones are taken? Why date online if only losers and creeps are on the apps?
If any of that feels familiar, it’s time to shift your attitude. Challenge your beliefs. Ask yourself the Byron Katie 4 questions: [https://thework.com/2017/10/four-liberating-questions/]
- Is it true?
- Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
- How do you react when you believe that thought?
- Who would you be without the thought?
Over time, you’ll be able to change your negative mindset to a more positive one, and you’ll actually begin to enjoy dating!
3. Start small
It might feel overwhelming to try and fit one more thing into your busy schedule, so start small. Carve out a little time each day to go on the apps and message men until you’ve set up some dates. If twenty-minutes a day seems overwhelming at first, break it into two ten-minute online dating searches. Take breaks when you need them, but be consistent and don’t give up.
4. Talk to your dates about your ‘busy-ness’
There’s a good way to talk about how busy you are when you’re dating and a not-so-good way. If you mention how busy and overwhelmed you are, the men you date may wonder if you can time-slot them into your life. They want to know if you’ll make time for them, and if you don’t talk about this in the right way, they’ll probably move on.
Practice how you’ll talk about your busy schedule with your date. You might use a script like, “I have a busy work schedule, AND I always make time for the important people in my life.” That way, he’ll know that you won’t ignore him if you do become a couple.
And if you date a man who’s also hustling and has a busy and productive life, he’ll understand and respect your drive and ambition.
5. Make dating fun again!
The best dates are fun. They don’t feel like work. So, look for someone who shares your interests, whether it’s biking, hiking, gallery hopping, or cooking.
When you incorporate your dating life into your already-established routine, you’ll enjoy getting to know someone while also participating in an activity you love. If you enjoy hiking and cooking, plan a date to hike at a nearby trail and then go grocery shopping together and pick out items you can cook together when you get home.
Showing your date that you’ll make time for them despite your busy schedule will go a long way, and they’ll appreciate the effort to plan a fun date without feeling like they’re draining what little time you have.
Remember your end goal is love!
It’s easy to focus on the burden of dating and not the end goal – a loving partnership with someone who will add value to your life. Keep this in mind as you begin to carve out time to find someone you’re interested in, and you will eventually find a man who is an ideal match for you. Isn’t that worth the effort?
