Feeling Hopeless About Finding Love?
If you’re feeling hopeless about finding love, this video is for you. Learn how to regain hope on your journey to lasting love.

Dating can be exhausting. After a string of bad dates or devastating breakups, you might be feeling hopeless about ever finding love. In this video, I’ll reveal 5 ways to regain hope when dating gets you down.
Feeling Hopeless About Finding Love?
1. Find what works best for YOU
If dating sites and apps are frustrating, find something that works better for you. One of the best ways to meet your match is to join groups that are doing what you love. Whether it’s a hiking Meetup or a cooking class, get involved with people and things you enjoy doing.
2. Focus on the long game
Dating is a marathon, not a sprint. We hear beautiful stories about love at first sight, or someone who joined a dating site and found love with the first person they met. That’s a rarity. If you focus on the big picture, you’ll be less impatient with the process.
3. Identify blind spots in dating
If you’ve attracted the same type of person over and over and it hasn’t worked out, you’re probably missing some important information that is preventing you from finding love. Work with a coach like me or a therapist to reveal your blind spots, and then heal those areas so you begin to attract in the right people.
4. Know your must-haves and deal breakers
Get really clear on what you must have and what you will not tolerate in dating. This is your guide to a better experience on dates. You’ll probably date people you’d never consider (just when you thought there were no more good men!), and walk away early on from those who are incompatible. Dating is a sift and sort process. Get good at both!
5. Manage your expectations
Don’t go into every date hoping he’s the one or building a future before there’s even a present with this person. If you manage your expectations, dating will be more fun and less hopeless. Go on dates hoping to make a connection, with the desire to learn from each encounter. You’ll discover more about yourself, and you can work on skills that might need some help, like speaking up early on and being more authentic.
As you can see, with the right mindset and skills, dating doesn’t have to feel so hopeless. In fact, if you make these small changes, dating will feel like a fun adventure. You’ll take breaks when you need to, but you can rest assured that there is someone out there who might be your perfect match. You’ll never find him if you remain hopeless about finding love, so go out there and date with a new approach and let me know when you’ve found your last first date!
